IOP and PHP are levels of mental health care that sit between regular weekly therapy and full hospitalization. They provide intensive, structured clinical support while allowing you to remain in your home and community — with full religious accommodations throughout.
5–7 hours daily (9 AM – 4 PM), 5 days per week. The most intensive outpatient level of care. Ideal for women in acute crisis, those stepping down from hospital, or those who need daily clinical structure. Glatt kosher meals included. Friday early dismissal for Shabbat preparation. Our Partial Hospitalization Program provides a full therapeutic day — structured, intensive, and designed to stabilize women in acute crisis while honoring every aspect of their religious observance.
Women discharging from hospital who need step-down support. Women experiencing severe depression, anxiety, or postpartum psychosis. Women in acute crisis who need daily clinical structure but can return home each evening.
