IKANN WELLNESS

What Are IOP & PHP?

IOP and PHP are levels of mental health care that sit between regular weekly therapy and full hospitalization. They provide intensive, structured clinical support while allowing you to remain in your home and community — with full religious accommodations throughout.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

5–7 hours daily (9 AM – 4 PM), 5 days per week. The most intensive outpatient level of care. Ideal for women in acute crisis, those stepping down from hospital, or those who need daily clinical structure. Glatt kosher meals included. Friday early dismissal for Shabbat preparation. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

9–15 hours per week. Flexible evening sessions (Mon–Thu, 5–8 PM) plus optional Saturday afternoon (post-Shabbat). Designed for women who need intensive support while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities. No sessions from Friday evening through Saturday night. Learn more about IOP →
