Women’s Night IOP in South Florida

Evening Intensive Outpatient Care for Women

For many women, the hardest part of getting help is the schedule. A job, children, community responsibilities, or all three, can make daytime treatment feel out of reach.

Women’s Night IOP is IKANN Wellness’s evening intensive outpatient program, built for women who need real clinical support without stepping away from work, school, or family during the day.

IKANN Wellness is a fully Jewish women’s mental-health and addiction recovery center in South Florida. Jewish life is the foundation of the environment, not an add-on, so a woman does not have to choose between care and identity.

Women’s Night IOP is often the right fit for:

  • Working women who cannot take daytime hours off
  • Mothers managing school pickups, meals, and a household during the day
  • Women completing school or a degree
  • Women who have completed a higher level of care and are stepping down
  • Women who want treatment to stay private from daytime routines and community visibility

The right level of care, whether Women’s Night IOP, standard IOP, or a partial hospitalization program, is always determined through a confidential assessment, not assumed in advance.

How Women’s Night IOP Works

The program runs in the evening, in person, at our South Florida location.

Evening Hours

Sessions run in the evening, generally 6 PM to 9 PM, so a woman’s days stay free for work, school, or family.

Several Evenings a Week

Women’s Night IOP meets multiple evenings each week. The exact schedule is set during the confidential assessment.

Group Therapy

Structured group sessions provide shared experience and guided discussion with other women in a private setting.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions address a woman’s specific patterns, history, and goals alongside the group work.

Family Involvement

Family therapy and parent support help loved ones understand the process and stay connected.

In-Person Attendance

Women’s Night IOP is provided in person at our Fort Lauderdale location. It is not a virtual or telehealth program.

The IKANN Wellness and Yacholet Connection

IKANN Wellness provides the clinical mental-health and recovery services. For eligible women, when appropriate, Yacholet, a Jewish nonprofit in Hollywood, Florida, may provide therapeutic supportive living, mentoring, life-skills development, Jewish community connection, and practical support. Kosher food is available through Yacholet’s supportive living environment.

Whether this kind of support is appropriate for a particular woman is discussed during the confidential assessment. Families can learn more at yacholet.org.

What to Expect

Women considering Women’s Night IOP can expect:

  • A schedule built around real life — evening hours so work, school, and family responsibilities continue during the day
  • A fully Jewish women’s environment — Shabbat, kashrus, family life, and community concerns are part of the setting, not requests to be explained
  • Confidential assessment — the level of care, and whether Night IOP is the right fit, is determined through assessment, never assumed
  • In-person care in South Florida — sessions are attended in person at our Fort Lauderdale location
  • Coordinated care — individual therapy, group therapy, and family involvement work together rather than separately
  • Insurance benefit verification — IKANN Wellness can verify insurance benefits before a family commits

Insurance and Costs

IKANN Wellness can verify insurance benefits before a family makes a commitment. Coverage depends on the individual plan and level of care, so the most reliable step is a confidential benefits check. Call (786) 504-7626 or visit our insurance page.

When Immediate Help Is Needed

If a woman is in immediate danger, has thoughts of suicide, cannot remain safe, needs urgent medical care, or may need medical detoxification, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. IKANN Wellness is an outpatient mental-health and recovery center. Emergency or hospital-based stabilization may be needed before outpatient treatment begins.
