IOP
Intensive Outpatient Program. 9 hours of therapeutic services per week. Flexible scheduling around your responsibilities.
Women dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, BPD, ADHD, eating disorders, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. We work with women from across the Jewish spectrum – from secular to Orthodox – and meet you exactly where you are.

The community sees someone who has it all figured out. Inside, you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or something you haven’t been able to name. You need a space where you can finally be honest.
Your relationship with faith is complicated
Maybe institutions or people within the community caused harm. You’re looking for healing, not a lecture. We understand religious trauma and we never push. Your relationship with faith is yours.
