Who We Treat

Women dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, BPD, ADHD, eating disorders, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. We work with women from across the Jewish spectrum — from secular to Orthodox — and meet you exactly where you are.

You're holding it together for everyone else

The community sees someone who has it all figured out. Inside, you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or something you haven't been able to name. You need a space where you can finally be honest.

Your relationship with faith is complicated

Maybe institutions or people within the community caused harm. You're looking for healing, not a lecture. We understand religious trauma and we never push. Your relationship with faith is yours.

You've tried therapy before and it didn't click

You spent sessions explaining your family dynamics, community expectations, or why certain things matter to you. Here, the team already understands. You can skip the explaining and get to the healing.

Substance use has become part of coping

Whether it started as a way to manage stress, pain, or pressure — it's taken on a life of its own. We treat addiction alongside mental health, not as separate problems.

You're in crisis and need structure now

Things have escalated. You need more than weekly therapy. Our PHP and IOP programs provide daily clinical support while you continue living your life.

Your relationship with food has become something else

What started as control or comfort has turned into something that runs your life. We treat eating disorders alongside the emotional and psychological patterns underneath — not as a separate issue, not with shame.

You want treatment that respects who you are

You don't want to choose between clinical care and cultural identity. Shabbat, kosher, community — these aren't extras here. They're available for anyone who wants them, and nobody is asked to participate in anything that doesn't feel right.

What the Jewish Track Means

Clinical care is the same. The environment is what's different. Your relationship with faith is yours — we meet you where you are.

Shabbat & Holidays

No sessions on Shabbos or Yom Tov. Scheduling built around the Jewish calendar. No conflicts, no explanations needed.

Kosher Environment

Fully kosher meals and kitchen. Dietary needs handled from day one so you can focus on treatment, not logistics.

Women-Only

All group therapy and programming is women-only and trauma-informed. Every detail designed with your comfort in mind.

Rabbi Access

Available for halachic consultation or spiritual coordination with your own rabbi. We work within your community framework.

From women who've been here

"I was terrified that getting help meant giving up the parts of my life that mattered most to me. It didn't. For the first time, my faith and my healing weren't pulling me in opposite directions."
— S.R., Cleveland, OH
"The therapists here actually understood my life. I didn't have to spend weeks explaining my family, my community, the pressure. They already got it. I could just focus on healing."
— A.M., Brooklyn, NY
"My daughter came home different. Not fixed — different. Calmer. Honest. She told me she finally felt safe enough to say what she was actually feeling. As a mother, that's all I needed to hear."
— D.K., Lakewood, NJ (mother of a client)
